E. E. Manning Memorial Trophy | This award was always for dinghy racing. The regattas and classes have changed through amendments to the Deed of Gift. The last amendment was in 1986 (although this copy of the Deed is not signed or dated). The E. Frank Borzage Midwinter Perpetual Star | A perpetual challenge trophy for yachts of the International Star Class. The series of races with challenging and defending Yacht Clubs would be held during the Midwinters. This was deeded on March 27th, 1931. Each race was to be over 12 NM. | |

Don Lee Trophy | This was originally awarded to California 32s in the Midwinter Regatta. A letter on SCYA letterhead dated September 20th, 1950 is a request for which class to award this trophy to as the Cal 32s were not racing as a fleet but in the ocean racing class. The classes considered were the award it to the Mercury Class or the 110 Fleet during the Midwinter Regatta. The list of winners from 1928 to 1971 shshows the class as Ocean Racing Class C. | |
