The day consists of two sessions of 3 hours each with lunch in the middle. The sessions may be multiple 1.5 hour workshops to total 3 hours, or one 3 hour workshop. (To total 3 hours AM and 3 hours PM) On the water and on land workshops run concurrently.

Please choose workshops according to your experience level that total up to 6 hours as per above. Pick your favorite choices. then choose what you would like to have as a backup if your workshop is not available. Attendees will be assigned to the workshops on a first come first served basis. 

All attendees are welcome to attend any workshop, but you will learn more and feel more comfortable if you choose workshops according to your experience level.

    ALL on the water workshops are 3 hours long. Some landbased are 1.5 hours long. On the water and land based cannot be taken at the same time.
